About the Role
Our service has been expanding in response to organisation and workforce growth, meaning we have an exciting opportunity for someone skilled in talent resourcing and recruitment to join our team as a Recruitment Officer. This is also a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone who is looking to further enhance their HR career.

 

Reporting to the Human Resources Coordinators, you will be responsible for the effective provision and implementation of best-practice recruitment and talent acquisition. You will assist in the maximisation of business performance through the attraction, engagement and retention of quality, motivated and skilled workers.

CLO facilitates person centred recruitment; identifying talent based on the needs of our clients to ensure the alignment of skills and client requirements to support a successful partnership. The Recruitment Officer will support this process by effectively facilitating talent attraction, selection and on-boarding of quality and values-focused people.

This role will offer you the opportunity to work across a large region, undertake a range of broader HR functions and provide career advancing steps by supporting leave coverage through acting opportunities. The Recruitment Officer position will not only be an amazing role where you can showcase your skills and abilities, it will also enable you to make a positive and meaningful impact on the community.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Provision of talent attraction, screening and recruitment functions
  •  Application of quality customer service principles
  •  Collate and report on HR Metrics, including recruitment and workforce trends
  •  Apply best-practice approaches to talent acquisition and management
  •  Monitor and maintain employer review platforms
  •  Support CLO's HR Coordinators and Management in the successful delivery of projects

 

Qualifications & Essential Licences:

 

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources (Diploma or higher)
  •  DHS/DCSI (Disability-Related) Clearance
  •  Current Driver’s Licence

 

You will also possess:

 

  •  Previous experience in a similar role, including the facilitation of high volume recruitment
  •  Superior computer literacy and experience using a range of HR and recruitment systems
  •  Effective time management, planning skills and a high level attention to detail
  •  Capability and the confidence to deliver trainings and presentations to groups
  •  Ability to interpret and analyse data in order to identify trends and develop recommendations
